The manager of the Knovkando distillery selected several of the best sherry casks for this blend.
Amber in color, it exudes intense notes of honey, praline and malted barley. On the palate it is surprisingly fresh, characterized by aromas of mint and aniseed. Its finish is carried by notes of nuts and gentle spices such as cinnamon, ginger and cumin.
