The nose is dominated by notes of powdered sugar, crème brûlée and vanilla custard.
The soft and sweet peat smoke tickles the palate with notes of roasted marshmallows, typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range. Over time, hints of gooseberries and Parma violets develop.
The sweetness lingers on the finish with notes of orange pulp.
