This Glenfarclas is a 1988 vintage, double distilled and aged 11 years in oak cask number 1698 before being bottled in 1999.

The whiskey has no peat or sea salt from Scotland but it always is another hard rough whiskey and a clear example of how Speyside can flex its muscles!

Not suitable for newcomers who have never tasted whisky, they could get burned.
