Glendronach Ode to the Embers is a lightly peated single malt that honors the traditional methods of malt drying over peat smoke. Maturation in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks imparts complex aromas of stewed fruit and spicy sweetness, harmoniously blending with the gentle smoky notes at its core.

What does Glendronach Ode to the Embers taste like?

The nose unfolds with warm notes of cinnamon-infused toffee, juicy apples, and caramelized walnut brittle. These aromas blend with the fruity sweetness of flambéed orange, which unfolds over a gently smoldering fire.

On the palate, juicy raisins and aromatic walnut honey meet the deep, dark notes of blackberry ganache. This taste experience is accompanied by smoky chocolate fondant, which provides an intense and complex finish.
