What does Glendronach Ode to the Dark taste like?

Seductive aromas of cherries covered in dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans unfold, accompanied by caramelized brown sugar and a creamy vanilla crème, while sherry-soaked sultanas and candied ginger give the scent a delicious depth. On the palate, braised dark fruits, strong coffee and chocolate-covered raisins blend with hints of caramelized crème brûlée, ripe plums and juicy black cherries to create an intense taste experience full of warmth and fullness. The long-lasting aftertaste unfolds spicy nuances of ginger biscuits, aromatic mocha and fine baking spices before delicate notes of chocolate truffles gently settle on the tongue.
