With a phenol content of 35 PPM (Phenol Parts per Million), GlenAllachie Meikle Tòir The Cinquapin One Whiskey is characterized by a sweeter smoky note that comes from the St Fergus mainland peat used to malt the barley. After an extensive 160-hour fermentation, the whiskey develops a complex aroma profile that is well suited to aging in new oak barrels.

Meikle Tòir The Cinquapin One?

On the nose there are hints of smoldering oak charcoal, burnt licorice and honey, accompanied by ginger, butterscotch and orange peel.

The taste opens up nuances of cocoa, crème brûlée and roasted almonds, complemented by cinnamon, anise and the smoke of a campfire.
