The Glen Scotia distillery is continuing its limited series "Icons of Campbeltown" with "The Dragon". This series honors the Campbeltown Cross and is inspired by legendary creatures that adorn the region's landmark. The second whisky in the series features a dragon, designed by renowned artist Joel Holtzmann, who has already worked for Lucasfilm, Marvel, Disney and Macmillan. Glen Scotia chose Barolo red wine barrels for the maturation, thus shaping the character of the whisky.

What does Glen Scotia 14 Years The Dragon taste like?

The whisky unfolds a decadent smoke on the nose, accompanied by a fruity aroma and a subtle spiciness. Candied fruits and berries appear on the tongue, supported by salty accents and a gentle smoky note. The finish is long-lasting and dry, characterized by a subtle, maritime saltiness.
