In the southern Highlands lies the small distillery Edradour.

The Edradour 21 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish was distilled in December 1995 and then matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads.

In February In 2005 the whiskey was transferred to First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and matured there for another 12 years.

Nose: Fruity, nuts, raisins, hints of chocolate.
Flavour: Notes of apples, coconuts, bourbon, hints of sugared almonds, apricots, Raisins, chocolate.
