Eden.Mill The Guard Bridge is Eden Mill's new blended malt whiskey - a unique blend of aged single malts, including our own Eden Mill St Andrews Single Malt, carefully selected and blended by our Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson.

The name is inspired by the six-arched 15th-century Guard Bridge, which linked St Andrews to its old trading port of Guardbridge. Symbolically, this is a bridge between the sweet, grassy and floral notes of a Lowland whiskey and the spicy and fruity flavors of the Highlands.

The Guard Bridge connects the North with the South and our past with our present.

How does Eden Mill The Guard Bridge taste?
The nose presents the scent of toasted oak and creamy vanilla, accompanied by lively spice and floral notes of violet. A touch of Madeira sponge completes the bouquet.

A sweet vanilla and barley sugar note unfolds on the palate, followed by a grain sweetness that gently leads to a mildly spicy oak note and a hint of light sherry fruit.

The finish is characterized by lingering notes of mixed sherry fruits, accompanied by a gentle oak tone that transitions to spicy gingerbread spice and leaves a pleasant, warm aftereffect.
