For Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2013 only barley from the Isle of Islay is used, the barley is grown from five different farms. The barley comes from farms in the following locations: Coull, Rockside, Island, Mulindry, Cruach, Dunlossit, Sunderland.

Distilled: 2013

After distillation, it was aged in different casks for eight years until bottling in 2021. Three quarters of the whiskey matured in former bourbon casks, a quarter in casks that were previously used for high-quality wines.
