The barley used for this single malt has been grown directly on Islay at Kynagarry Farm Dunlossit, the Bruichladdich Bere Barley has been distilled using the Bere quality, which is one of the oldest grains in the world and was used in Scotland as early as 6000 years ago.

The nose is sweet and malty with dried fruit, barley sugar, honey, heather and a subtle hint of sea salt.
