The Signature Series, Edition #2 Barrel Bonfire is bottle #2 of the four-part series, this time with the Signature of Lochranza Distillery Manager label.
Since 2017, the Lochranza Distillery has no longer produced whisky with peat, and only special quarter casks were used for this edition.

What does Arran Whisky Signature Series #2 Barrel Bonfire taste like?
The aroma of this whisky is characterized by hazelnuts covered in caramel, as well as orange peel and a rich vanilla note. A dry smoke complements the bouquet. A delicious, oily and complex flavor profile unfolds on the palate. Spicy cinnamon notes mix harmoniously with citrus fruits, accompanied by plenty of vanilla and toasted oak. The finish is long and sweet, with plenty of vanilla and a strong peat note that is reminiscent of the scent of dry campfire smoke. Overall, the whisky is full-bodied and luxurious.
