Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve is a premium rum aged in ex-bourbon casks from the famous Distillery Worthy Park in Jamaica. The traditional Jamaican rum inspires with its complexity, which it owes to its long maturation. In the nose it shows intense notes of tobacco and oak with hints of raisins, plums and some vanilla. On the palate it is soft and full-bodied and develops its complex and harmonious aromas of dried fruits, tannins and roasted almonds with a hint of pepper and ginger, which end with a dry and wonderful finish.
Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve is made from premium molasses sourced from high quality sugar cane from the legendary Worthy Park Estate, established in 1670 in the heart of Jamaica. The molasses is carefully distilled in the traditional way in copper stills at Worthy Park Distillery. The first-class distillate is then stored for 6 to 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve, which is characterized by its unique complexity and the typical Worthy Park taste, was named International Craft Rum of the Year at the UK Rum Fest in 2018.
