The UltimatuM Rum 7 Years Old Venezuela Cask Finish is aged for 5 years in bourbon casks and receives its finish for 2 years in Edradour bourbon barrels . This rum is one of the Spanish styles. The Spanish rums are made from molasses, which is often fermented for a shorter time than the English style.
