UltimatuM Rum is made by The Little Distiller in the Netherlands and, unlike other rums, contains no added sugar and no colourings, not even caramel to give colour. A pure and pure taste experience that is characterized by the aromas of the casks used.
The rums come from distilleries in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Guyana (Demerara).
The UltimatuM Rum 4 Years Old Barbados Cask Finish matured in bourbon casks for 3 years and finished in Whitlaw sherry butts for 1.5 years. This rum is one of the English Styles. The English rums are made from molasses and are often distilled in post stills.
