single cask pot still rum from Fiji. It was distilled from molasses by South Pacific Distillers in 2004 and aged in American white oak casks for 18 years. After distillation, it matured in the Philippines for 12 years. The rum then traveled to the Liverpool docks to complete its aging in a cooler climate. It was bottled by The Royal Cane Cask Company in 2022 at 60.2% ABV in a limited edition of 257 bottles. Expect layers of tropical mango funk, aromatic spice and creamy salted caramel.
