The limited single cask rum from The Royal Cane Cask Company comes from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. A blend of pot and column still rums distilled in 2005 and aged for 17 years in a single American white oak cask. This rum enjoyed tropical aging until 2017, when it crossed the Atlantic to complete its aging at Liverpool's historic docks. When the cask was opened by The Royal Cane Cask Company in 2022, only 271 bottles were produced. Expect layers of freshly baked banana bread, toasted coconut, creamy vanilla and oak spices.
