Skipper is an exquisite dark rum distilled in Guyana and first released in 1930. It still bears the traditional label that reflects its long history. This rum is full-bodied and strong in flavour, with a depth that reflects its origins and aging. Ideal for making cocktails, it adds a special touch to any creation, or can be enjoyed classically with cola and a squeeze of fresh lime - a refreshing combination that perfectly showcases the robust character of this rum.

What does Skipper Demerara Rum taste like?

The nose reveals sweet aromas of molasses, butterscotch and manuka honey, complemented by hints of black pepper, espresso beans and toasted oak.

The palate has a buttery, velvety texture with notes of crème caramel, soft toffee and vanilla custard. A variety of spices, especially pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg, round off the experience.

The finish is long and ends with a pleasant aftertaste of cinnamon and ginger biscuits.
