From the in-house sugar cane plantations of the Cuban distillery Sancti Spiritus, this 15-year-old rum is bottled after 15 years with a beautiful 56.6% ABV. This single cask bottling at cask strength is a small rarity. It is rare to find a high-proof Cuban rum that has enjoyed 100% "tropical aging". If this rum in the bottle were one of the big independent bottlers, it would cost at least twice as much.
