This premium Rhum J.M Agricole Vieux Millesime` Hors d`age 2007 is made exclusively from pure, fermented sugar cane juice from the company's own plantations, which are located on the slopes of the volcano. The sugar cane is harvested mechanically and the sweet juice, called "Vesou", is fermented and distilled in a historic column still. This rum matures for at least 15 years in bourbon barrels near the sea and the volcano in Macouba, Martinique and is mixed with spring water from the adjacent natural park.
The "Contrôlée Martinique" designation guarantees that this rum is made without additives such as sugar or caramel and is subject to strict EU controls.

This Vintage JM is presented with a leather label and in a noble dark wooden box.
