The Ratu 8 Signature Blend Fiji Rum Liqueur is made from 100% fermented molasses and double distilled in the pot still process. It is filtered over charcoal from coconut shells and stored and matured in burned-out bourbon casks. The product is characterized by an unmistakable taste profile, which is achieved through the high Angel Share of 7% on the Fiji Islands and the use of crystal-clear Fiji spring water. The stated age always refers to the youngest rum contained.

The name "Ratu" means "chief" in Fijian. This range of products comes from the only distillery in Fiji: Rum Co. of Fiji. Ratu Signature Blend is column distilled from Fijian cane molasses and aged in American ex-bourbon oak casks for a minimum of 8 years. Bottled at 35%, this rum liqueur makes a great gourmet finish after a meal and is easy to serve over ice with an orange peel or cinnamon stick. It reveals aromas of orange peel, dark chocolate and coffee, followed by a velvety coconut flavor and spicy oak accompanied by a long-lasting fresh citrus note.
