The name of this pampero is said to commemorate the beginnings of the rum industry in Venezuela.
1938 the distillery 'La Industrias Pampero CA' was founded. The main production facilities for this rum are located in Ocumare, central Venezuela.
It was created in 1963 to commemorate the distillery's 25th anniversary. 'Pampero' literally means 'violent storm'.
The storage takes place for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks.
