How does the New Yarmouth 26 Year Old 1994 Cask #435059 taste?
The nose presents an abundance of sweet milk chocolate and exotic guava. An unmistakable taste of banana brownies unfolds on the palate, accompanied by teak-like tannins, spicy aromas of fruit cake and a tropical, baked cake note. The finish is characterized by dry and rich nuances of tropical hardwood. The spicy elements surprise with their accessibility and offer softer notes than one would expect after 25 years of aging in the tropics.
