The white rum Grogue Natural comes from the terroir of Tarrafal de Monte Trigo on the island of Santo Antâo (Cape Verde). M&G Música e Grogue continue the artisanal tradition of grogue making with their Trapiche Y. It is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice grown on volcanic rocks, without fertilizers or pesticides, amidst fruit trees.
Many aromas of fruit, sugar cane and spices can be discovered in this natural "fair trade" grogue.
