The traditional and renowned distillery Riviére du Mat combines two types of distillation - single distillation (aromatic rums) and triple distillation (light rums).
The barrels are mainly made of French oak, which previously produced Cognac der Top class contained, used.
This bottling is stored for 10 years in French oak and ex-Cognac barrels.
