Island Cane is a very young brand based on the Friendly Island Saint Martin, which was founded with the aim of offering this island its "very own" rhum.

Vieux VO Island Cane Rhum is the result of a Mixture of rhums agricole and molasses rum from distilleries in Guadeloupe and Marie-Galante.

The rhum matures 3 ​:​:years in oak barrels and shows a balanced profile. We recommend trying the rhum neat or as a Ti'Vieux. As the saying goes "en Ti Vieux c'est encore mieux":

Ingredients:
4cl Island Cane Rhum vieux - VO
1cl cane sugar syrup
1/2 lime
1 lime zest for decoration

Preparation:
In a glass, crush the lime wedges and leave them underneath, sugar syrup and rum add, stir gently and serve.
