The Foursquare 2011 Cask Strength Mark XXIV is a 12 year old single blended rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. It is produced using a combination of artisanal pot still distillation and classic column distillation, using sugar cane molasses as a base.

What does Foursquare 2011 Mark XXIV taste like?
The nose reveals aromas of grapefruit, cocoa, caramel, cloves, allspice, sandalwood, brine, pineapple, banana and molasses.

The palate is spectacular and expressive, sticky and slightly dry at the same time, with notes of black tea, lemon peel, molasses, baking spices and tropical and berry fruits.

The finish is dry and long-lasting with subtle tannins.
