Family-owned since 1890, Flor de Caña is a sustainably produced rum.
In 1875, Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, a young adventurer from Genoa, Italy, left his family behind to travel to the exotic country of Nicaragua. The perfect location for the distillery was found at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano, the highest and most active volcano in Nicaragua. The fertility of the surrounding lands, the enriched water and the hot volcanic climate proved to be crucial for the unique and smooth taste of the rum.

This amber colored rum from Nicaragua is aged in oak barrels for 20 years. It was produced by Flor de Caña for the 30th anniversary.
