The easternmost island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean is Barbados. Large sugar cane plantations dot the landscape of this island and the crops of high quality sugar cane are of excellent quality.
The Foursquare Distillery, based in Saint Philip, uses a complex process to produce an excellent rum from this top product.
To create the unique character of Doorly's XO, some of the oldest rums are carefully selected for a second maturation selected. This aging takes place in Spanish ex-Oloroso sherry casks to achieve a complex and breathtaking result.


Nose: Soft, complex, slightly sweet.
Flavour: Intense, full-bodied, Notes of vanilla, bananas, hint of walnuts.
Finish: Long-lasting, soft.
