Large sugar cane plantations dot the landscape of this island and the crops of high quality sugar cane are of excellent quality. The 'Foursquare Distillery', based in Saint Philip, uses a complex process to produce an excellent rum from this top product. The 12-year-old Doorly's expands the 'Doorly's product range' with another exquisite rum.


Nose: Spicy, butterscotch, plums, hint of caramel.
Flavour: Fruity, spicy, tropical fruits, notes of tobacco, fresh wood.
Finish: Long lasting, well balanced.
