Hailing from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, Don Papa Baroko pays homage to the heroes of the revolution. This extraordinary spirit is obtained from high-quality sugar cane and then stored in oak barrels to mature. Only the best and most valuable barrels are selected for the Baroko in order to develop the fruit and especially vanilla aromas in this limited edition in the best possible way. The addition of local cane sugar, which further enhances these aromas, results in a truly exceptional creation from this molasses rum.
