Hailing from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, Don Papa Baroko pays homage to the heroes of the revolution. This exceptional rum is made from high-quality sugar cane, which grows on extremely fertile volcanic soil and then matures in oak barrels. Only the best and most valuable casks are selected for the Baroko in order to optimally bring out the fruit and especially vanilla aromas in this limited edition. Adding a dash of local cane sugar to further accentuate these flavors results in a truly unique molasses rum creation.
