This 14-year-old single cask rum comes from the Corporation Alcoolés del Caribe (CADC) distillery, located at 510 m altitude in the convergence zone between the coastal chain and the valleys of Aragua in Venezuela.

Nose: This rum is so opulent that a powerful thoroughbred horse comes to mind. Ripe strawberries, fermented mango, passion fruit, liquorice. The nose is very sweet
Mouth: Refreshing mint flavor comes from a rather compressed bouquet of yuzu, cinnamon and nutmeg
Finish: a rum that tastes like a spicy exotic fruit salad, the finish wonderfully long-lasting
