How does Compagnie des Indes Cuba Single Cask Rum 12 años taste?

On the first nose you immediately notice the scent of apple, which is like a Tarte Tatin with a touch of caramelized sugar, and it brings back memories of an apple compote with vanilla from my childhood.

In the mouth, this whiskey presents itself as round and flattering. The taste of apple remains ever present and is then accompanied by floral notes, including elderflower and orange blossom, complemented by a touch of cinnamon.

The finish of this Cuban rum is long-lasting and smooth on the tongue.
