The Clément Single Cask range is extremely exclusive: each bottle is filled from a single oak barrel. This single cask is aged for 5 years and 2 months in 200 liter American oak barrels.
The bottling takes place without chill filtration and at cask strength.

Nose: Fine, mocha, roasted coffee, dried figs.
Flavour: Round and intense, vanilla, roasted coffee, mocha, honey.

The Single Cask Rhum is an excellent digestif, with or without a cigar.
