The Chairman's Reserve Finest St. Lucia Rum THE FORGOTTEN CASKS is made in the St. Lucia distillery. In May 2007 the distillery was partially destroyed by fire, but many rums could be saved.
Since the available storerooms were too small to accommodate all the rum casks, provisional spaces were used. Some of these rum casks were only rediscovered many years later - The Forgotten Casks.
