Berry Bros. & Rudd traces its roots back to 1698, to this day it is a family business and still managed and managed from the same historic premises at 3 St James's Street.
The Dominican Rum is 7 up to 8 years old and based on molasses. Distillation takes place in pot stills and column stills. This rum is finished in Madeira barrels.
The rum is neither chill-filtered nor colored or sweetened.
