What does XXX/Six Mauritius 9 Year Old Rum 2010 taste like?
The nose offers aromas of lemon peel, mint gum, menthol, blanched almonds, melted plastic, grapefruit, melon, vanilla frosting and granola bars. A light citrus note from the sugar cane juice base gives it a unique, abstract quality.
The taste presents freshly cut sugar cane, lemon peel, eucalyptus, morning dew, gentle cinnamon, crushed garlic, nutty almonds, Smarties, elderflower, chamomile, white pepper, mint gum and coconut shells. The medium-long finish is long-lasting.
