To create the 'Selección de Maestros', the Maestros vote Roneros share the finest aged rums that have been set aside one by one for their truly exceptional quality.

These carefully selected prestige rums are then blended, then aged again in specially selected casks, chosen for the powerful, aromatic potential of the wood, in which they will develop their character and intensity.

At the end of this final stage in the aging process, the Maestros Roneros gather to select the rums that will make up the final mixture will exist. This is then bottled straight from the barrel at a verified 45%. This unique refining process gives the rum its incomparable aromatic bouquet and exceptional quality.
