The first cask, containing a raw pot-still aguardiente with an intensity of 75% ABV, rested for several years at the top of the cellar to ensure optimal interaction with the wood and concentrated aromas. The second barrel, which held a reduced Aguardiente for 10 years, gives this exceptional cuvée an elegant aromatic richness. These two casks are assembled, resulting in two batches.
