Pabordessa is a liqueur made by maceration of tender walnuts and nutmeg.
It is aged in brandy and wooden barrels for a period of 6 months. Together with 21 aromatic plants, roots and spices, it is still distilled with wood fire.
The ratafia is very round and balanced, with a persistent and soft flavor in which all the plants are very well integrated.
