The Mandarine Napoléon Grande Liqueur Impériale is made in France from tangerine peels that are distilled with special herbs. The distillate then matures in oak barrels for at least 3 years and is finished with the addition of cognac. This liqueur was distilled for Napoleon Bonaparte in the early 1800s and first sold in 1892.
