The special thing about this gin is that albrino grapes (= Spanish white wine grapes) are distilled with 14 botanicals and traditional herbs, including juniper, eucalyptus, hibiscus, tea, lemon peel, verbena, liquorice and Frisian herb. But plant extracts can also be found in this distillate. For many, this gin has something of an herbal drink mixed by druids.
After the distillation, a very slow maceration follows in the traditional style.

Colour: clear.

Nose: floral, lemon, rosemary, cinnamon, hint of juniper.

Flavour: mild, fresh, fruity, Flowers, notes of juniper and coriander,

Finish: Long-lasting, woody, dry, cinnamon.

This gin tastes particularly good as a gin Tonic, but it is also a real treat on its own.
