With great sensitivity and passion, Matte Dry Gin is created in the heart of Bern's Old Town – distilled using traditional maceration and distillation methods. From eleven carefully selected botanicals, we create a classic yet distinctive gin entirely by hand, a gin that is at home in any bar.

Cubeb pepper, coriander seeds, and ginger provide a wonderfully fresh and spicy aroma, making it the ideal base for versatile cocktails and long drinks – or enjoyed neat, as an elegant moment of enjoyment.
