The Lost Parcels series saves small portions of great spirits from being left behind and forgotten in the dark recesses of warehouses and the like, letting them instead spend their time in the sun and find their way to your glass.
This particular expression is a gin aged for 15 months in casks that previously held Trinidadian rum - we can't say we've seen many gins drawn from rum casks, but we're curious which ones Effects this has on the flavor of the spirit.

Nose: Lemon and lime popsicles, pine juniper, a few leaves waft through the air.
Palate: Still citrus-forward, now with mixed with a hint of mango. Licorice root, vanilla bean. Juniper continues to offer the spirit a solid backbone.
Finish: cardamom, cassia and the final bittersweet hints of orange oil.
Conclusion: Not an ordinary combo, but rum and gin elements combine fabulously here.
