The special blend of Galipette Cider Brut combines all four types of apple: bitter, bittersweet, sweet and sharp, with varieties such as Marie Ménard, Kermerrien and Judor. These apples come from traditional orchards near the Rance river in northern Brittany, Côtes-d’Armor.
