The Guizhou Ying Bin Baijiu Dragon No. 9 is produced in the Chinese province of Guizhou and matures for nine years in clay pots. This Baijiu liquor is bottled in a beautiful red bottle. Production takes place in a subtropical climate with spring water from the Chishui River filtered through limestone. Traditional fermentation and distillation of wheat, water, sorghum and millet as well as the special maturation in clay pots contribute to the mild and harmonious note of this premium Baijiu.
What does Bin Baijiu Dragon No. 6 taste like?
The taste of the Dragon No. 6 is elegant and dry on the palate, but still mild. It impresses with a fine texture and well-balanced spicy grain aromas, which are accompanied by salty cocoa, soy sauce and a hint of cumin. The long-lasting taste with warm nuances makes it an ideal addition to meals or as a base for cocktails, best served well chilled.
