The 10-year-old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey from Edradour is a delicate one Whiskey that comes up with wonderfully fruity notes thanks to its maturation in sherry casks. Already in the nose it shows intense notes of sherry paired with aromas of dark fruits such as juicy cherries and dried fruits such as dates and raisins and a rich note of chocolate. The opulent aromas continue on the palate, enriched with notes of coffee and spicy oak. The finish of the Signatory Vintage Un-Chillfiltered Collection Edradour 10 Years 2012 is long and warm with subtle sherry and spice notes. A great whiskey for lovers of opulent Scottish single malts with a fruity note.
