An extremely characterful Jamaican rum presented to us by Danish bottler 1423. The rum comes from the New Yarmouth Distillery and bears the NYE-WK mark, which is said to have the highest ester content produced at the distillery. Matured between 2020 and 2022 in a single ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask that was opened to yield 182 bottles at cask strength.
