The AH Riise Distillery is located on St. Thomas Island, an American Virgin Island in the Caribbean. Before this island became American territory, it was a Danish colony. The pharmacist Albert Heinrich was not only allowed to open a pharmacy around the 1840s, but also to produce alcohol.

Fregatten Jylland Rum is an exclusive edition of the popular Danish Navy Rum.

This Navy Rum is blended from different rums - some of them are up to 20 years old.

Nose: Dark intense aromas, cigar box, caramel, chocolate, notes of mint, grass.
Flavour: Mild, pineapple, honeydew melon, banana, milk chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting , oranges, spices.
